We were honoured to be approached by Kashket & Partners who are the worlds leading military uniform manufacturers to create a unique one-off piece showcasing an original handmade AGC Officer’s Mess Dress uniform.
Traditionally shaped traditional beech framed hall chair lovingly reworked using an original scarlet melton tunic with scroll embroidered, buttoned waistcoat complete with military regalia and accompanying cap badge fitted to neck roll.
Matching Melton wool seat embellished with twin red stripes and fitted brass studs to front of the leg.
Finishing off the piece with parade black lacquered legs, hand-painted gold flutes, fitted with antique brass ball castor rings and brass wheel castors.
